Payment:
Payment is made by the selected payment method at checkout. All prices are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) and are quoted in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) The payment method is provided by VIPPS, STRIPE or PayPal together with any disclosed partners.

Card payment:
Card payments are accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Credit card billing is done directly.

Klarna:
We accept Klarna as a payment method. Their terms and conditions apply here.

Vipps:
Payment with VIPPS is made through mobile number, and verification of mobile bank ID.

Shipping:
A shipping cost of 59 NOK will be added to all orders. At times there may be promotions for free or reduced shipping.

Delivery methods:
We deliver the goods with Posten/Bring as the standard delivery method. Should there be any deviations, you will be informed.

Deliveries:
Orders are processed within 1-3 days, while production can take up to 21 days (due to high demand, although we of course produce the personalized products as quickly as possible). Delivery is made directly to the address you have specified when ordering.

Damaged goods and complaints:
When you receive your goods, it is important to check that the goods have not been damaged or defective. Should the item be damaged or defective, you must contact us as soon as possible via e-mail to he*@*******rm.no for further instructions.

Product defects
If you experience a defect in your product or order, you must contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the defect. We recommend that you contact us immediately if this should occur.
Complaints can only be made before 2 years have passed since you received the item – feel free to contact us anyway afterwards and we can find a solution together.

Refund:
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The warranty can only be used if the item(s) can be returned in their original packaging and are essentially unchanged. You have the right to open the package and try the product, but it should not be used beyond that. If you wish to make use of the warranty and/or refund, please send us an email at ku**********@*******rm.no or contact us via the form on the “Contact us” page.

ATTENTION: Customized products that cannot be resold may deviate from the Norwegian right of withdrawal, please contact us anyway and we will find an acceptable solution.

Obligation:
If you exercise your right to cancel your purchase, we will refund the full amount of the goods as soon as possible, (within 30 days from the date we received the goods, usually within a few working days). You have to pay the return costs yourself when you send the goods back. We can arrange cheaper return shipping if desired, just ask for shipping information.

Privacy, security and personal data:
In connection with your order, you agree that Babysjarm.no (owned by Skaar Media AS) may store and use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via email in order to provide the services you expect from us. We will not disclose and/or forward your personal information to a third party. You have the right to receive part (all that is possible to retrieve) of the information we have stored about you. We reserve the right to use your email to send communications regarding ordering, marketing and newsletters. You can choose to remove yourself from these lists after ordering and in each email that deals with marketing towards you.
