Right of withdrawal
All products have a 14-day right of return that runs from the date the goods were received. Should you regret your purchase, you can return the goods to the address below. When returning, the products must be in the same condition as when you received them. Used products cannot be returned. You lose the right to return the item if you treat it in a way that reduces the item’s sales value.

If you have purchased products via an online store, you will usually have the right to return the item. In that case, this must be done within 14 days after you received it. You can return a product by sending it to the following address:

If the right of withdrawal is used in connection with a transaction, the purchase price will be credited to the account registered in connection with the purchase. The money will be paid as soon as possible after we have received the item(s), provided that the condition of the item(s) meets the requirements of the right of withdrawal provision. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning the item.

IMPORTANT! There is no right of withdrawal on products that have been manufactured or adapted to personal requirements, if production has already been initiated. This applies if you have accepted that Babysjarm.no will start the production or customization of the goods within the deadline for the right of withdrawal. By accepting the terms of purchase in connection with the order of a product, you also accept that the production of the product can start before the withdrawal period has expired, and the right of withdrawal lapses. All personalized products are made to special order and are therefore covered by this clause .

Right of complaint
In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act, a two-year right of complaint applies, which covers manufacturing and material defects that occur during normal use of the product in question. Damage to the product caused by improper use, handling, adaptations or gross misuse by the user is not covered by the warranty. Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered by normal examination of the item must be notified to Babysjarm within a reasonable time after the item has been received. The item can be returned for repair, replacement or after agreement on any credit. In cases of complaints, Babysjarm covers the normal costs of returning the item. If the right of complaint is exercised, the goods can be returned to the above address. This is not a requirement, but processing is faster if adequate information accompanies the shipment, such as a copy of the order confirmation, registration number, bank account number for any refund, copy of any correspondence, etc.
