What is the shipping cost and delivery time?

Can I change my delivery address?

If we have not already shipped the order, we always do our best to change the address. Please contact our customer service via our web form on the customer service page. Write the order number and the correct address in the email. We will confirm the change when/if it is made. Please note that you can never change your address if you have chosen to pay by invoice (Klarna), as for security reasons the order must be sent to the address you are registered with.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Should there be any delays, you have the right to cancel your purchase if you do not accept the new delivery time. If you wish to cancel your purchase and have already paid, we will transfer the money back to the card you used to pay in one of the next few days.

When will the order be shipped?

It takes approx. 1-4 working days before you receive your order (personalized products may take longer, in which case you will be notified). The package will then be delivered to a courier near the specified postal code.

Where is my package?

We’ll send a tracking number to the email address you ordered with. In most cases, you will also receive a notification in your app (as long as you have an active Posten and/or PostNord app at the correct address).

You can track your order using the parcel number/shipment number you received in the confirmation when you placed your order. By clicking on the tracking link in the delivery confirmation, you will be directed to the courier website which will show the latest delivery information.
