What is a pacifier cord?
A pacifier cord, also known as a pacifier holder, pacifier strap or pacifier band, is a practical accessory used to attach a pacifier to a baby or small child’s clothing. The main purpose of the pacifier lanyard is to prevent the pacifier from being lost or falling on the ground, so that the child always has the pacifier within reach.
Personalize your next lanyard
We take your choices seriously and work hard to meet your wishes and preferences. Choose the colors, motif beads and clips yourself for your new lanyard and we’ll put it together for you. If you have specific wishes and requirements, it can be smart to add an image for approval (bottom selection), then we will send you an image by email (or message) where you can approve the product or request changes to make it even more like you want.
If you have any special requests please leave a comment when placing your order. We do our best to make the product the way you want it, but please note that it can be difficult to achieve 100% accuracy.
It may also happen in a few cases that we don’t have specific requests in stock, but we will do everything we can to create the best product possible with the materials we have available.
All our personalized products are assembled and quality-checked by hand in Norway. You can also choose to include the tuxedo chain in one of our gift sets.
Safety and maintenance
To care for the pacifier chain, you can wash it with a damp cloth or put it in boiling water for a maximum of 3 minutes.
It’s important to note that pacifier cords should be used under adult supervision and should never be fastened around a child’s neck as this can be dangerous. Pacifier cords are designed to be safe when used correctly and are a popular choice among parents and caregivers to avoid losing the pacifier and reduce the need to constantly pick it up from the ground.
